How can we work together?
Our resilience programmes are flexible and modular and are adapted to the unique needs of your employees.
We usually begin by helping you SELECT your high value and 'at risk' employees and then we DESIGN a series of workshops and coaching sessions that fit their requirements and schedules. We are happy to INTEGRATE our interventions with the existing support that is being provided by any in house occupational therapists and HR specialists. Typically, we spread the input sessions across an eight to twelve month period and provide regular personal coaching to ensure that all growth and development is fully anchored and consolidated.
