Mindfulness Training with Real Impact

When practised regularly, mindfulness is proven to reduce stress and increase positivity.

Our workshops can be anything from one hour to a whole day in length, but they all offer the same core skills training.

We teach and facilitate learning in a way that is always:

  • fun 

  • informative

  • relaxing

  • practical and energising

All workshops include;

a comprehensive overview of the theory and practical application of mindfulness and meditation, plus:

  • at least two full practice sessions of the 'body scan'

  • multiple guided breathing exercises

  • mindful eating

  • mindful movement

  • how to introduce mindfulness to your daily routine

  • how to use mindfulness to reduce stress

  • how to use mindfulness to be more effective at work
