 We started as a boutique training consultancy in 2010.

Our first big client was O2 Telefonica.

We are very interested in 'human performance' and anything to do with developing people.

Primarily 'we' is Duncan Campbell, the Founder and Managing Director. We also have a team of professional coaches and sales trainers that we call on, but Duncan is the backbone of the organisation.
